Issues Resolved -Tele2 Network outage
Posted on: 10/01/2025Update 13th Jan: The network outage issues were resolved Friday evening (10th January) and normal services should have resumed Friday evening/ Saturday morning.
Notice Friday 10th Jan:
Your Progress Lifeline alarm may currently be beeping or playing a message to inform you that it has lost connection to the network.
We are aware of this issue so please do not call us at this time.
The issue lies with the network provider whose system has gone down temporarily and this will mean that your alarm cannot call us.
Whilst this is outside of Progress Lifeline's control we are in contact with the providers and hope that normal service shall resume shortly.
Thank you for your patience at this time.
When the network has been restored your alarm will stop flashing and/or playing the automated message and will be able to connect once again to out alarm response centre.
