Christmas opening hours 2024 to 2025

Our Alarm Response Centre and our Emergency Home Response teams are open and available 24/7, 365 days a year for all our service users – just press your pendant as usual if you need any help or assistance over the festive season.

Christmas Office Hours – office and administration staff:

Our offices will be closed from 12noon on Tuesday 24th December and will re-opening on Thursday 2nd January 2025.

Christmas post and last orders on our Online shop:

The last day for purchasing one of our packages from our e-commerce shop for it to be delivered before Christmas Day is 1.30pm on Friday 20th December 2024. You must select the ‘Royal Mail Tracked 24’ option at checkout to receive your item(s) before Christmas Day. Any items ordered after this time will not be processed until Friday 3rd January 2025.

Normal operations will resume on Thursday 2nd January 2024.
